Chef Irina is the culinary heart of 8 Cooking Hats. Born and raised in Almaty, Kazahkstan now she is the owner and head chef of cooking school in Tolo, near Nafplio. Swiss educated and trained, winner of 2 international cooking competitions held in Switzerland, Irina spent more then 15 years travelling and practicing in kitchens of Far and Middle east, India, South Africa and Europe.
In 2015 she opened state of the art culinary school with mesmerizing view of Tolo bay nearby Nafplio. Obsessed with quality of ingredients and nutritional value of food, organic farming is a big part of 8 Cooking hats. Most of the produce comes from nearby garden. All seafood and ﬁsh is wild from the Tolo bay. Meat and poultry free-range. “If you want quality you cannot beat 8 Cooking hats culinary experience”, says Irina.
