Our cooking classes last an intense and fulfilling 3-4 hours; enough time for our chef to give you key tips and tricks to knead, roll and prove your way out of the trickiest baking situations – and produce some pretty tasty treats along the way! They’ll have you whipping up wonderful tarts, patisseries, cakes, chocolate fondants and biscuits in next to no time. We also have cooking classes dedicated to gluten free desserts from around the world.
Our pastry classes are dedicated to classic and modern desserts, introducing new techniques to make them healthier and lighter. As with all our other cooking classes, you can enjoy them after your class or take them home to impress your friends and family.
