Any questions you have on the subject will be answered during our cooking classes.
During each hands-on class you will master the preparation of your chosen dishes and receive expert advise on how to produce stunning results every time using authentic ingredients and classic cooking techniques.
You can take only one lesson and learn to cook your favorites like lamb samosas with mango chutney or Beef Vindaloo. Or spend 5 days and impress your family and friends with newly gained culinary skills for creating truly amazing Bollywood feast of Tandoori chicken and spicy grilled prawns with hot caramelized pineapple, Lamb Rogan Josh with fragrant basmati rice, Butter chicken and freshly baked Naans. Become a master of naans, parathas, chapattis and roti. We also offer a big variety of vegetarian or only fish and seafood menus.
