Italian cooking lessons

Italian food is loved all over the world. For example, who doesn’t like pasta? Indulge yourself and learn all secrets of making a perfect dough for your ravioli, tortellini and other endless varieties of pasta. You will also make stuffings for them from the freshest organic ingredients and mouthwatering sauces to go with.

But Italian cuisine has more to it. Pizzas and focaccia baked in a real pizza oven with olive wood from our garden, risotto with seafood, simple grilled wild fish with the freshest sauces and seasonal vegetables from our organic garden.

Fish, prawns and calamari from Tolo bay cooked in many different ways and don’t forget about wine tasting.

In our cooking lessons you will prepare a wide range of traditional and modern desserts like panna cotta, tiramisu, ricotta cheesecake. The list goes on. Please check our schedule to see what catches your eye.

Spanish cooking lessons

Do you want to learn how to feed 50 people and not to die in a process? Discover Spanish Tapas –  a wide variety of appetizers and snacks, hot and hold. Garlic prawns, tortilla, freshly cured anchovies with beetroot, sardines in olive oil with garlic and herbs, cod poached in olive oil with peas and parsley, pescaito frito with alioli mayonnaise, octopus with pimento, salmorerejo and many more. Make paella the star dish of your feast. Serve it with Sangria.

Are you curious about Escabeche, Fideua, Arroz negro meloso, tortillitas de camarones? Take a class at 8 Cooking Hats and solve the mystery.

What to expect: 

  • Upon arrival to our magnificent location you will be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine or freshly made lemonade and small appetizers to awake your appetite and curiosity what comes next.
  • While enjoying your drinks our chef will brief you about the schedule and share some interesting information. Please shoot all your questions, I will happily answer them all.
  • For the next 3-4 hours we will immerse into cooking with only organic ingredients, tasting, learning new techniques, discovering new flavors and having good time. You will make the dough from the scratch and bake your breads in a real wood oven, you will chop, cut, mix, boil. (or just relax and enjoy watching others making their hands dirty)
  • During each class we will prepare 6 courses: 4 hot and cold appetizers, main course and dessert.
  • The menu will be customized according your preferences well in advance trough e-mail correspondence.
  • After class completion will gather the food and sit to enjoy our delicious dinner in a terrace, surrounded by olive and orange trees with mesmerizing view of the sea and islands.
