Our Middle-eastern cooking classes are mainly based on the diverse Lebanese cuisine, vibrant in colours, flavours and tastes with abundance of vegetables, healthy fats, nuts, grains, herbs and spices.
Some cooking classes are devoted to generous Mezze platters which include all-time favorites: babaganush (smoked aubergine puree), hummus, falafels, tabuleh, dolmades etc. If you choose we can concentrate on making a couple of starters with the main course as a highlight of the meal, meat or vegetarian, and outrageously naughty desserts, like baklava with pistachios and orange and honey syrup. Or try an updated chef’s version of baklava. Richer flavors but fewer calories.
Oriental “pizzas” lachmajoun, pide are amongst the most popular dishes in the school. Students love the process of starting a dough, making delicious lamb and herbs topping and most of all, shoveling their pizzas into mesmerizing fire of authentic wood oven. Roll up your sleeves and improve your culinary skills at Middle-eastern food.
